PROFILE OF THE PRESIDENT

Li Shufu, male, born in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province in 1963. Master degree of engineering of Yanshan University, professional title of senior economist, and a member of the ninth and tenth CPPCC.
Mr. Li Shufu has given himself whole-heartedly in the development of national industry. He has his unique insights into many aspects such as attracting and training talents, reform and improvement of operation and management approach, product upgrade and quality enhancement, business expansion and capital operation etc.
Mr. Li Shufu has a democratic and decisive working style. Before decision-making he can absorb all useful ideas, learn from other people’s strong points, listen to opinions of experts and other members of the management group with an open mind, and perform in-depth market survey and feasibility research, and once the decision is made, he has a strong will and makes speedy and strict enforcement and will never give up before reaching the goal. For more than ten years, he has made few mistakes in his major decisions, so that the company can always move towards the correct direction and maintain high-speed growth.

During these years, the funds spent in establishing research institutes, education centers and social welfare causes have reached hundreds of millions of RMB.
