| 93.On Sep. 23,2009,HongKong-Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Hong Kong Exchange Union Code: 175, Greely or the Company) announced entry agreement with Goldman Sachs Capital Partners (GSCP), of which GSCP would invest into Greely by subscription of transferable bond and warrant. Greely would obtain 2.586 billion HKD (about 0.33 billion USD) after the issuance of transferable bond and fully execution of warrant. |
