Chongqing, China, June 13, 2025 — Geely Auto officially launched the industry’s first AI-scenario based power domain intelligent entity—Xingrui AI Cloud Power 2.0. This state-of-the-art technology has comprehensively upgraded the Geely EM Super Hybrid, enhancing efficiency, performance, and safety. The result is the smarter and more advanced Geely EM AI Super Hybrid 2.0, encompassing the EM-i AI Hybrid and EM-P AI Hybrid models. Press evaluations showed that the EM-i AI Hybrid test vehicle delivered an impressive low-SOC fuel-consumption of 2.49L per 100 km across all road conditions.

The Xingrui AI Cloud Power 2.0 optimizes the Geely EM AI Super Hybrid 2.0 boosting power while minimizing energy consumption and reducing maintenance costs that leads to extending engine maintenance mileage by over 50% and increased lifespan of power battery by 15% saving user’s time and money.

According to the 2024 Annual List of Chinese Automobile “Hybrid System Control Technology” recently released by China Automotive Intellectual Property, Geely also boasts 161 patent authorizations for its hybrid system control technology, a comprehensive patent innovation index of 145.69, and a total innovation score of 90, securing the top rank in the industry.

EM-i AI Hybrid: Enhanced Energy Efficiency

 

The EM-i AI Hybrid engine, equipped with seven friction-reduction technologies, a variable-displacement oil pump, and optimized intelligent thermal management improves the hybrid engine’s mass-produced thermal efficiency to an industry-leading of 47.26%. Through global energy consumption optimization and the industry’s first map-free decision-making, it significantly reduces overall fuel consumption.

 

Under CLTC conditions, the test vehicle with this system achieved a low-SOC fuelconsumption of 2.67L per 100 km under CLTC conditions, delivering a remarkable range of over 2,100km. Media tests in China further demonstrated an impressive low-SOC fuelconsumption of 2.49L per 100 km.

EM-P AI Hybrid: Uncompromising Safety

 

The EM-P AI Hybrid features a 5-power-source extension design. Paired with a dynamic torque distribution scheme and the intelligent all-terrain recognition function of Xingrui AI Cloud Power 2.0, it precisely allocates torque to all four wheels, preventing wheel slippage, quick correction yaw, and achieving full-scenario blowout stability control.
