On April 25, Geely 2024 Overseas Excellent Partners Awards Ceremony concluded successfully in Hangzhou. In 2024, Geely Auto's global sales surpassed 2.17 million vehicles, representing a 32% year-on-year increase, overseas market performance was particularly remarkable, with sales reaching 415,000 vehicles - a 57% year-on-year growth, setting a historic record. In key strategic markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, numerous Geely core models have achieved top-ranking sales positions, powerfully demonstrating the widespread recognition of Geely products and brand identity in international markets.
To sustain rapid global business expansion, Geely continuously optimizes its international distribution network. In 2024, Geely successfully forged strategic partnerships with internationally renowned enterprises including Vietnam's Tasco Group and New Zealand's Giltrap Group, further reinforcing its global distribution capabilities. Currently, Geely has completed strategic deployment across five continents, with its globalization process entering a new phase.
According to strategic planning, by the end of 2025, Geely's qlobal distribution network will expand to 1100 outlets, creating a multidimensional marketing and service ecosystem covering all major global markets. This year, Geely will also enter key emerging markets including the United Kingdom, Brazil, and South Africa, further expanding its global footprint.
